Working SLA's of paid work are agreed prior to the work starting there for please refer to your service agreement document. If you require a copy of this please email the relevant designer dealing with your project and they will be happy to provide you with a copy.

Current customers will be provided to supply there project number and password before the request will be dealt with, this is due to DPA factors.
